Program Pillars:

When young people understand and are able to lead themselves, it provides a solid foundation to lead others and manage resources effectively.
This focus area cover skills such as self-awareness, communication, negotiation, decision making, mindset alignment, critical & creative thinking, people management, problem solving, time management, career path, personal and professional development, etc.

Annual Youth & Women Mentoring Masterclass

Our Annual Youth & Women Mentoring Masterclass is another innovative initiative
through which we impact beyond communities. This is a one-day, one-off symposium
that provides at-least 500 selected participants with the opportunity to learn directly from
volunteering industry experts who provide robust thought leadership by sharing from
their wealth of personal and professional experiences with youths and women between
age 25 – 40 on topics around leadership, financial literacy/inclusion, entrepreneurship,
tech skills, creative arts, climate change for recycling/upcycling.
This is a mutually beneficial opportunity as it also serves as a platform for our speakers
to mentor youths to aspire beyond the present and position themselves as agents of
change, either as employees and/or entrepreneurs both within the private and public
sectors globally.
This annual event provides another opportunity for our partners and sponsors to
showcase their outstanding products, services and programs to a thriving community of
youthful participants and women.
